Ruchika Agarwala is the Founder of ARJ Legal and an Advocate with experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate-commercial advisory.

Prior to establishing ARJ Legal in Siliguri, Ruchika served as a Senior Associate at Virmani & Virmani Law Firm, New Delhi, where she worked on complex commercial and constitutional matters and regularly assisted senior advocates in high-stakes litigation. She has represented and advised clients in a wide range of contentious matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, consumer forums, tribunals, and arbitral forums. She has also recently been empanelled to represent the State of West Bengal before the Jalpaiguri Circuit Bench of the Calcutta High Court on the criminal side.

Her practice spans across commercial litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, regulatory advisory, and transaction support. She has advised clients on contractual and recovery disputes, infrastructure and EPC-related claims, intellectual property issues, tender-related risks, employment matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She also regularly assists businesses and individuals with commercial contracts, transaction structuring, real estate documentation, franchise arrangements, bank guarantees, and settlement agreements.
